    I have travelled with roshan travels from dhanbad to gola and felt that this bus is the wrost bus in terms of behavoiur of the specially conducter
    Let me share my incident with you I had called
    From asansol and booked a ticket by calling in the mobile no. I was asdured that yours seat is booked and when i reached dhanbad to get the ticket Mr Iqbal informed me that aapka seat nahi boik kya hain come with me along other passenger i will manage and he managed and given me seat no A2 .i sat on the seat and thanks Iqbal but as soon as i was about to reach bokaro i was surprised that the conducter told me that go to back seat as this is bokaro quota .i told him that you have taken Rs 200 and booked ticked for gola and u have not said that while booking and now you are saying this. He told me go to back seat or bokara ka agent khali karwa dega .he misbehaved and not with me he carried with same assurance to 6 others student standing from dhanbad to bokaro sayung bokaro me seat mil jayega and when reached bokaro it was another episode he took booking of seat mire than the no of seat vacant in bokaro. Those student didnt got seat till gola.
    Also when the bus reached bokaro near petrol pump conductor told all the passenger to manage and sit as the owner will know that passenger khada khada latha hain.
    Same on bus conductor and bus services

    Pls train your conductor or stop yours operation .
    Dont cheat passengers
    If you want to know the truth call your bus conductor u will know as i think bus have yet not reached ranchi
    Worst service provider
    Corrupt staff

    Dear passengers

    All are requested not to go through the assurance of bus conducter while booking your seat as the conducter is only busy in money making and when the bus will be departed from dhanbad he will give assurance seat de denge and when it will cross city he will tell u bokaro me mil jayega .and funally you will pay full money and u have to manage near driver seat at the top of the engine

    Such a stupid conductor and 3rd class service by roshan travels depart from dhanbad at 7 pm
